Common Law

This interview with Amercian Karl Lentz teaches us the importance of being "a man" when faced with the need to use Common Law for the "Restoration of Property" :-

Mr Lentz also warns us to be on our guard against the state and its arms as they obscure or attempt to replace these rights.

  1. A note form Bluenote :-
"Thanks for starting this ball rolling, SG, common law is indeed the way to tackle the problems that we are facing in this country.

Basically common law is common sense, it is right & wrong and it is the law of the land from whence the legal system is derived.

I have to correct you slightly in your post, SG, 'English Common Law' is something else, it's a watered down adaption for use by the law society, but has nowhere near the power of just simple 'common law', which is what we are concerned with.

There is a guy in the USA, who was driven to rediscover this information, (which has been deliberately programmed out of us in the last century), after his son was unlawfully removed from he and his wife at the maternity ward, kidnapped, in fact, by social services.

Having blown all of their savings on crooked lawyers, yielding zero results, as is the norm these days, he spent many years in law libraries poring over old law books because he knew that what was happening to him was just not right.

We have had a relatively cushy ride for the last fifty years or so in this land, but now things are about to get very rough indeed. If we do not make an effort to reacquaint ourselves with this extremely powerful tool, we are going to get crushed. It is as simple as that.

Here is the man himself, Karl Lentz, talking to Brian Gerrish of the UK Column. He gives out the relevant links in the course of the interview":
