Designs for this dwelling opposite were agreed about 3 years ago with dormer windows to be built at the far ends of the roof so as not to overlook this garden. But I found out there was a variation which was approved without consultation just as it was being constructed (I was told it was not necessary!). A technical assistant sent over two links which showed nothing? (see links below). Quick action was needed last year, so it was just as well the resident of the dwelling opposite is an ex Council Officer, and is chummy with Planning Manager Simon Thomas.
