I cannot see how I can begin to comment or help plan for perceived future local needs without actually meeting those whom need our cooperation? Or at the very least be able to meet our Ward Councillors in groups to discuss these things, which they should have first hand knowledge and be passionate about, so that we may become enthused and have follow up meetings? Form filling is a lonely business, especially if it's about benefiting people we are unlikely ever to meet? After all this is about how we get on and interact with our neighbours, so unless a more proactive approach is adopted I will not be bothering.
